WHO IS THIS FOR?

This 6-month series is for emerging life coaches who’d like to take more time, be incredibly intentional and have a more expansive container of very personal and tailored 1:1 support from an experienced coach and life coach trainer to increase their coaching confidence, elevate their self leadership skills and commit to starting and growing a coaching business their way. This container may support you if you're also working in a full time role or navigating early stages of motherhood and you want to steadily build your coaching business.

• Choosing or refining your niche and ideal clients

• Cultivating a positive relationship with self promotion

• Building trusting relationships and community

• Crafting your personal brand story and your first website

• Exploring your pricing and unique marketing messages

• Prioritisation in building your business foundations

All while you experience an energetic uplift in confidence about your coaching skills and business.

You’ll also get access to tools and templates that have worked for myself and my clients, and I’ll create your very own specific ones to your circumstances and experiences where it may support you.

HOW CAN IT SUPPORT ME?

We focus on your self leadership and taking action toward your goals without hustling or burning out, supporting you to bring in more clarity, ease, flow and fun (oh yes!), so that you can be your most vibrant, courageous and confident self as a new coach in a way that centres your wellbeing, fulfilment and joy sustainably. 

You’ll have committed and dedicated space to consistently work and take intentional action toward building your coaching confidence, business and self leadership skills whilst being encouraged, heard, validated and supported by me as your coach. 

You’ll get personal feedback and reviews on any coaching capability or business building related work, including copy review for your website, accountability, intuitive, energetic and ontological coaching insights and my loving encouragement and presence to hold a brave space for you to be fully seen and heard.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

• 1x Discovery coaching questionnaire that will help us uncover your most desired areas of coaching focus

• 1x Discovery session (30 min) to take a deep dive into your questionnaire and help you get clarity on where you desire to create the biggest impact

• 1x Being Profile online assessment + 2-hour Debrief, including a tailored report about your personal results on 31 aspects of your being including your self leadership, workability and effectiveness in the context of your coaching, business leadership and goals.

• 12x sessions of 1:1 coaching (60 min every 2 weeks) over 24 weeks via Zoom providing leadership, mindset and energy coaching

• Unlimited support via Voxer or Whatsapp, which includes voice coaching in between sessions to be your mirror, sounding board, celebrate wins and provide you with feedback and support to move closer toward your coaching goals

• A personalised accountability tracker for you to stay focused so you can take inspired action and keep momentum flowing 

• An opportunity for you to bring anything that relates to your goals into the coaching space for holistic support so you can feel seen, heard and validated and get honest feedback to create the sustainable change you most desire.

• Three-monthly Review and Check in Questionnaire to reflect how you’re progressing towards your vision and goals.

• Bespoke reflection prompts, tailored coaching worksheets, tools and resources to support your coaching, business and leadership growth.
